Items Not Allowed in Storage
To protect your belongings and those of other renters, the following items must not be stored.
Living Animals and Plants
- Any live animals or plants
- Pets, livestock, potted plants, etc.
Flammable and Explosive Items
- Gunpowder, fireworks, firecrackers
- Gasoline, diesel, kerosene, lighter fuel, etc.
Firearms, Ammunition, and Hazardous Materials
- Guns, bullets, explosives
- Any hazardous or chemical waste
Illegal Items
- Drugs
- Stolen goods or any illegally obtained items
Coffins and Cremated Remains
- Human remains or related memorial items
Food and Perishable Goods
- Water, alcoholic beverages, cooking oil
- Health foods, animal feed
- Tea leaves, coffee beans, etc.
- Empty ordinary bottles and containers may be stored after emptying, cleaning and thoroughly drying.
Strongly Odorous Items
- Perfume, essential oils, fragrances
- Soap or any items with a strong odor
Chemicals and Waste
- Any chemicals or chemical waste
- Toxic or corrosive substances
Other Hazardous or Prohibited Items
- Any items violating laws or regulations
- Items that may pose a danger to others
